This pilot session marks the first time we’re offering our proven “Elevate Your Strategic Thinking and Leadership Skills” program at our new, lakeside location in Gravenhurst.

Although the program itself has been successfully delivered many times before, we’re offering this session at cost (no facilitator fees are being charged either), as part of our initial launch here. We are trying out few new additions to the program, as well as seeing how our experiential activities work in the new space. We’re even including the accommodation at no cost.

Although there may be a few glitches, we know the content is sound, and has benefitted hundreds of people in the past. If you are willing to overlook a few hiccups, this is a unique opportunity to experience a great program at a significantly reduced price.

Elevate Your Strategic Thinking and Leadership Skills is an immersive 3-day residential bootcamp, refined over 25+ years, designed to transform how you solve complex problems, make decisions, and lead in uncertain environments. Elevate Your Strategic Thinking and Leadership Skills is a highly immersive, 3-day residential experience built on more than 25 years of refinement and insight from thousands of participants. This is not a traditional classroom course—it’s a carefully designed journey that transforms how you approach complex problems, make decisions, and lead in increasingly uncertain times. Blending experience-based methodologies with practical tools and real-world application, the program is designed to help enhance your current skills – and give you some new ones, too.

You’ll learn how to use traditional strategy methodologies in new ways, and be introduced to proprietary TQG frameworks.  Experiential exercises, creative activities and collaborative discussions help you apply the knowledge gained in the interactive workshop sessions.

The result is a powerful and fine learning environment, where you will strengthen your ability to assess opportunities, prioritize effectively, and develop strategies that are both actionable and impactful—while also building the leadership capability to bring those strategies to life through others.
