This three-day, hands-on course has helped +1,500 people uncover the type of career for which they are best suited.  You can also stay an extra day and get help taking the first steps along your new career path.

This unique process, created by The Q Group’s principals, allows you to determine the industry and roles that will make you happiest, based on your skill sets and passions. More than half of participants were surprised by the options revealed!

During the three days, at a lakeside retreat in Muskoka, you will…

  • Discover the career that is right for you, through a combination of mini-workshops, fun experiential activities and guided meditation.
  • Gain practical tools to help you identify roles to get you started.
  • Develop a game plan for creating – and landing – the ideal role, even if that job does not yet exist. We have helped hundreds of people do this successfully.
  • Learn how to transform yourself into a viable candidate for these roles, even if you have no experience in that industry. This can also help elevate your personal brand if you have no Canadian experience and are struggling to get work here.
  • Get one-on-one coaching to help you with every aspect of this process.
  • Stay an extra day (one $150 more) and get help getting started on your new or refined career path.
  • Included: All program materials, meals, snacks, unlimited tea, coffee and non-alcholic beverages, WiFi and parking are included.
  • There are some on-site accommodations available, as well as hotels and motels in Gravenhurst (5 minutes away) offering special TQG rates.
