Held in a lakeside retreat in beautiful Muskoka, this three-day residential experience is designed for people ready to move from intention to action. With limited spaces, this intimate program combines science-backed strategies, structured learning and ample opportunities to connect with other people and have a good time.
You’ll learn how to maximize traditional goal-setting frameworks such as SMART, PACT, and HARD, as well as being introduced to proprietary tools developed by The Q Group, all within a supportive small-group environment that allows for personalized coaching, peer connection, and meaningful feedback.
Throughout the retreat, guided meditation and mindfulness sessions will help you clarify which goals truly matter—and why—so your efforts are aligned with your values, energy, and long-term vision. You’ll explore a practical process for prioritizing your goals when time, energy, and resources are limited, while engaging in experiential exercises and interactive activities designed to uncover mental blocks, procrastination triggers, and patterns of self-sabotage.
Through a blend of reflective practices and fun, creative exercises, you’ll gain deeper insight into what drives you and how to stay focused on what matters most.
Beyond clarity, this course is about execution. You’ll build actionable, realistic plans for achieving your goals, leaving with a clear one-week, 30-day, and 90-day roadmap—plus a strategy for sustaining momentum well beyond the first 90 days. You’ll also discover effective, enjoyable accountability methods to help you stay on track.

- In winter: It’s pretty much the same chill vibe – though not chilly, but with toboggans instead of canoes
- Arrival: Aim for midday Friday (lunch will be served); check out Sunday afternoon.
