This pilot session marks the first time we’re offering our proven “How to Discover and Land Your Dream Job” program at our new, lakeside location in Gravenhurst.

Although the program itself has been successfully delivered many, many times before, we’re offering this session at cost (no facilitator fees are being charged either), as part of our initial launch here.

We are trying out few new additions to the program, as well as seeing how our experiential activities work in the new space. We’re even including the accommodation at no cost.

Although there may be a few glitches, we know the content is sound, and has helped hundreds of people secure their dream job – even if they have no relevant industry experience. Or no Canadian experience. If you are willing to overlook a few hiccups, this is a unique opportunity to experience a great program at a significantly reduced price.

Why this course? Well, if you’re not sure what career best matches the things you love to do most, not to mention your skillset, then this will help.
Maybe you’re seeking a more fulfilling role in an industry you already know you love? Or perhaps you are  looking to get that special job, but lack experience in that industry, or don’t have Canadian experience.

In this 2 day-retreat, you’ll learn a method originally developed by The Group +20 years ago, that has been honed over the years. During the three days, at a lakeside retreat in Muskoka, you will…to determine the industry and roles that will make you happiest, based on your skill sets and passions. More than half of participants were surprised by the options revealed!

  • Discover the career that is right for you, through a combination of mini-workshops, fun experiential activities and guided meditation.
  • Gain practical tools to help you identify roles to get you started.
  • Develop a game plan for creating – and landing – the ideal role, even if that job does not yet exist. We have helped hundreds of people do this successfully.
  • Learn how to transform yourself into a viable candidate for these roles, even if you have no experience in that industry. This can also help elevate your personal brand if you have no Canadian experience and are struggling to get work here.
  • Get one-on-one coaching to help you with every aspect of this process.
  • Stay an extra day (one $150 more) and get help getting started on your new or refined career path.
  • Included: All program materials, meals, snacks, unlimited tea, coffee and non-alcholic beverages, WiFi and parking are included.
